HI everyone will today was a good day for me I"m over the hump was at a stand still with my weight. Im now 168.4 and im so glad this diet really works im not a big eater i try to stay at 1000 c a day but some days im not hungry i hope its ok being under 1000c. A year ago i was 207p i find a diet call HCG i saw a doctor who gave me shots weekly for a 8 months.I lost 59p i had to get off it i was losing my hair so i gain 20p back try to lose weight on my own it was very hard then i found this website. And im back losing weight.
