After dropping I have not not droped a single pound in hte last 2 days !!!I am a bit disappointed and ate 2 bowls of ricotta cheese with coco & splenda.
I have been exercizing good but I think I just lost my water wight. Somehow when i reach 160 I am like just htere... anyway if I don't lose weight in the next seven days I will do this dieat for 2 more weeks
160.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You have very little to lose. You have lossed 4.5 pounds since April 19th. That is amazing. At your weight, you aren't going to see loss's every day. Some of what you lossed is water. You want to lose fat. You need to make up your mind to be in it for the long haul if you want to get that weight off. Are you exercising? That can make a big difference in people who have very little to lose. Just keep eating healthy, exercising and it will eventually come off. Good luck!

I think I am eating too many nuts!!! Chesew and almond. Anyway that tin is over so no more of that. I am taking a spin class evey ontehr day .... cannot go to the gym every day... U say I have very little ot lose.. but thats just my first goal.. I need to get dowm to 145 pounds
