You have very little to lose. You have lossed 4.5 pounds since April 19th. That is amazing. At your weight, you aren't going to see loss's every day. Some of what you lossed is water. You want to lose fat. You need to make up your mind to be in it for the long haul if you want to get that weight off. Are you exercising? That can make a big difference in people who have very little to lose. Just keep eating healthy, exercising and it will eventually come off. Good luck!
