well, I knew it was going to happen. I gained a few lbs since last weigh in. I did no cal tracking this wkend and it shows. That ok. I am getting beck on track today. I think my weight is a lil higher bc i was fully dressed too. normally i wear bare minimum, it makes me feel better. lol. tomorrow is my last day of physical therapy, and I see the surgen next wk. i think he is going to release me from restrictions so i can get some real excercise on. i am ready to go into full gear!
179.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
