It's a struggle to get my food totally on track but I have been adding more fruits and veggies and cutting way back on eating out. Plus, I've done the gym three times this past week!
155.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
