I followed this diet to the letter and on the fourth day when you were supposed to have lost 7-10 lbs, I had actually gained 3! I started back down on the 4th and 5th day and on the 6th day I was below where I started by only 1.2 lbs. On the night of the sixth I binged on chips and salsa and on the 7th day I made turkey & dressing for dinner. Today I'm about 1 lb down from yesterday. I'm going to eat sensibly for three days and then it's atkins induction for me. Must lose 14 lbs by May 30!
