I do up and down a couple of pounds on a daily basis while I'm losing.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1355 kcal Fat: 52.16g | Prot: 53.39g | Carb: 139.21g.   Breakfast: Baby Spinach, Butter (Salted), Franz Original English Muffins, Egg White, Jimmy Dean Premium Pork Regular Sausage, Sargento Sliced Pepper Jack Cheese. Lunch: Nabisco Premium Soup & Oyster Crackers, Campbell's Chunky Creamy Chicken & Dumplings. Dinner: Strawberries, Chiquita Banana, Chobani Nonfat Pomegranate Greek Yogurt, Sugar, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen). Snacks/Other: Franzia Chardonnay, Publix Red Seedless Grapes, Havarti Cheese, Nature Valley Chewy Trail Mix Bars - Fruit & Nut. more...
