Your mind is both your best weapon and your own worst enemy. The only excuses there are in the process of becoming your best self are the ones that you create and manifest in your own mind. WIth that said and with the end of the month approaching. It is safe to say that this has been one of the most dedicated and hardcore months I have ever had in the progression to personal awesomeness.

Stomach: Upper (Just above bely button): 4.7
Lower (just below belly button): 3
Hips: 4.3

Keep on rockin it out people. Get your butt out of bed. I know its hard. You'll warm up once you get moving and you'll deserve that pillow tonight when you hit it!!
143.0 lb Lost so far: 17.9 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
