was surprise to see my weight today 26/01/14 with the digital scale.
I was 95Kg on the 29/12/13. thought i had increased going by the manual scale.
digital scale is the best.
204.6 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 61.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think it's just best to stick to one scale other wise you could get a bad reading.
