Started the Warrior Diet last week (20 hour Fast, 4 hour Eating Window) after Active OMAD was too much on the Gut. ⚔🍛🍛
165.6 lb Lost so far: 39.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
