Nice. I can't believe how much I have lost over this past week - my first week on Noom. I'm sure most of it has been water retention, and the real work lies ahead.
Yesterday I was actually a little short of my water goal, because I was placed in 2 very busy spots all day and it was hard to take a moment to drink. That isn't a good excuse, and next time I am in those positions I will drink if I must. I was also a bit short on calories again yesterday, but opted not to eat ice cream again lol. I didn't eat anything to make it up, actually. I wasn't hungry.
253.0 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
