Ahh cruises... devilish things that never cease to increase my weight.

For the record, I never over indulged and was preferring a lot of cauliflower, broccoli, salads and basic meats.

Its almost all water weight, I know.. I'll lose 50% of it if I eat properly this week, but still. Just goes to show you, certain food
additives and cooking oils can make you gain no-matter-what!

Everything was cooked using vegetable oil. The evillest of oils.


200.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 3.3 lb a week
