Finally back under 200. I hope I can keep this trend going. I did have my Lupus infusion restarted this month. That truly makes a difference as autoimmune causes inflammation in every single cell in your body. May is Lupus Awareness Month.
199.8 lb Lost so far: 6.3 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
