woo hoo!!! I know this is probably water weight but who cares. This is good and what happens when I account for every morsel into my mouth. Well mostly, we did make cookies yesterday and the girls decorated them and decorated some for me so I could not tell them no I cant eat the cookie you lovingly decorated for me. Other than the two I ate I limited my portions at dinner at a church function. I normally when making cookies would eat an insane amount of cookie dough and when eating at church functions will gorge myself and use the excuse that "I am out, I can eat as much as I want." I refuse to make excuses and I refuse to eat yummy cookie dough that will just stick to my butt.
180.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 50.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
