I am 13 days into my Daniel Fast. I have had no caffeine, dairy, meat or animal bi-products, or sugar in 13 days. I have tried new veggies including rutabagas. I'll be honest the rutabaga was just okay. It might have been better if I had butter to put on it.

I still have 8 days on this fast. I hope to love another couple of pounds in that time.

I have begun my sit ups. Yesterday I did 2 sets of 25 sit ups. I will continue doing the sit ups for 6 days and then I will add another set to the sit ups.
163.2 lb Lost so far: 47.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
