By God's grace, mercy, strength & his help with my determined mind, KETO DIET + OMAD FASTING and very recently working out, Thanks! to shrewdness, ridemariel, many other FS friends/supporters, and especially to Ettenauj, who encouraged me with words of kindness yet wisdom to take a challenge with her. I accepted, started out a few days ago at 4 minutes, now working out for an hour +, painful, Yes! but it's worth it. Thanks! be to God, I'm losing the weight, with a very long way to go still. KETO is not a diet plan just to lose weight but it's a permanent lifestyle for me with exercise and prayers in order to live a healthy life. I will be victorious! and successful in reaching and also maintaining my desired weight in future, no one, food, gluttony or lazy spirit will obstruct me from doing what it takes to get what I want, in the name of Jesus Christ....I can do any, all things through he who strengthens, sustains, protects, heals, & provides for me. I am a child of the King of kings, Lord of lords, and the 1 and only living God, as long as I'm serving, trusting, keeping his commandment and have faith in him, who all power belongs to. He will grant me, what I need and my desires.
