I really thought that after this last week of working out 7 days straight and monitoring my calorie intake there would be more then a 1 pound weight loss this week. I did slip up a few times where I didn't make the best choices but compared to the old me I was leaps and bounds better. I'm hoping next week will be better and I make even better choices and fewer slip ups.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
