Sorry, no journal today. Maybe I will add something later. watching Angels and Demons with wife. :)

Okay okay... I will write a little more.

I believe my fever days are over - it was kind of rough. When you look at my weigh-ins you can see that I hardly ate anything for a couple of days, and that affected my weight significantly, though not in a long-term-good-way.

I lost a LOT, and then re-gained. Now I settled nicely at 123.5 kgs, and I feel that it was not all wasted effort through those days. Hopefully it will all behave and be giving me a good weigh-in tomorrow also. We will see.

Today I skipped breakfast as I got up late, and then Wife and I went to eat at a local store, having a nice little buffet. I am kind of disappointed how little I eat - I always want to go nuts at those places, but now I just can't get to eat a whole lot before I am full.

It's good. :)

I get to eat all I can, and I get to not waste all my calories doing it.

Life is good.
272.3 lb Lost so far: 69.4 lb.    Still to go: 84.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
