Back home in Spain after a week of over indulging on pies, chips and beer - back to a healthy lifestyle - one week I've put on 3 lbs - although i walked a lot during the week.

Going for a walk in Maro forest today with friends so hoping to kick start eating and living healthily.
133.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
