not happy but with adding carbs back I new it would take time to reset we will see
170.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hang in there Rm💞, set a vision for 6months from now and work towards that, these hiccups will seem so small then because your vision will be on the longterm. Plus you seem to know the issue, continue to crush it💪🏽🥗
