Went to the canteen today. This is why I must start to bring my lunch to work my choices were, hamburger & fries, deep fried chicken wings & fries or fettuccini Alfredo. Luckily they had soup. Planning is so important in this journey.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
