Ok so here we go again... The New Year's resolution had to align with payday so I could clear the cupboards and fridge and replace everything with healthy foods for our new adventure. We started educating ourselves (hubby and I) on the concept of "Clean Eating" and were amazed at what we have learned. We watched several documentaries on what is going on with the food in our country and we are determined to make better choices. I don't just want to lose weight anymore, but rather become truly healthy from the inside out! Wish me luck!
164.6 lb Lost so far: 50.4 lb.    Still to go: 39.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
