Day 3 in the books! I haven't been on this site in so long that I'm finding my way around again. I'm already feeling a difference in my belly by eating right and clean for 3 days. Surprisingly I haven't been overly hungry, so I'm happy with that!

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 January 2014:
1330 kcal Fat: 50.86g | Prot: 74.64g | Carb: 159.62g.   Breakfast: Coconut Oil, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Almond Coconut Blend Milk, Truvia Sweetener, Coffee, Red Delicious Apples, Spinach, Cucumber (with Peel), Carrots. Lunch: Grape Tomatoes, Carrots, Mixed Salad Greens, Boiled Egg. Dinner: Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Trader Joe's Creamy Polenta with Spinach & Carrots. Snacks/Other: Skinny Cow Divine Filled Chocolates - Caramel, Kind Healthy Grains Peanut Butter Whole Grain Clusters, Dannon Oikos Greek Nonfat Yogurt - Vanilla (Container). more...
