:) 228.. wooo.. that's something.. hit the gym last night. Didn't run a whole lot, but what i did felt good. I don't normally run.. more like a jog.. but I did do some at 6mph last night.. that's the fastest i've done. I think I could do faster, but I wasn't pushing it. I'll reattempt that tonight.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
