2201 kcal Fat: 69.77g | Prot: 85.39g | Carb: 322.11g.   Breakfast: Instant Oatmeal - Lower Sugar Maple and Brown Sugar, Raspberries, Blackberries. Lunch: vegetable oil, flour, brown gravy, mashecd potatoes, Boneless, skinless chicken breast, Snap Green Beens. Dinner: Pillsbury chocolate chip cookie, Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'n Honey, alfredo sauce', shrimp, pasta. Snacks/Other: Kashi GoLeann Crisp Toasted Berry Crumble, sugar free red bull, Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt, Blackberries, sara lee, Hummus. more...
