Day 11 - Ok, hitting the first plateau! 5 more pounds to my first goal! Gonna work out 2x today to see if I can jump my body into gear!
285.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My doc told me to drink at least half my body weight in oz of water each day. When I gave up soda and did this, the scale started to move again.

Thanks for caring! I haven't had pop since January sometime. I just think all my carbs (bread, mmmm) is what is keeping me from losing how I want to! I do drink alot of water, just not enough! Haha, I just realized I call it pop, and you call it soda! Where do you live? I bet you can almost guess where I am from! Again, thanks for the advice and for caring for a perfect stranger! Have a great weekend!
