My doc told me to drink at least half my body weight in oz of water each day. When I gave up soda and did this, the scale started to move again.

Thanks for caring! I haven't had pop since January sometime. I just think all my carbs (bread, mmmm) is what is keeping me from losing how I want to! I do drink alot of water, just not enough!
Haha, I just realized I call it pop, and you call it soda! Where do you live? I bet you can almost guess where I am from!
