Ok, I'm afraid to trust it but I'm putting it down. I ate fairly light yesterday but did have more carbs than normal...so..who knows. Today is a grandbaby shower for my friend and possibly a date day with my guy. Very chilly today and thru the week but it's not snowing so I'm not complaining too hard.
179.8 lb Lost so far: 52.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
