Well, I managed to gain weight. On the upside, my body isn't totally whacked. On the downside, I gained weight! I have a leaving do for a colleague at a Chinese restaurant on Saturday, so I expect the next week to be a struggle.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
