The weight really isn't falling off, but I am losing inches. trying to remember it is about being healthy.
258.5 lb Lost so far: 71.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Those last few pounds can be the hardest and take the longest. Look how far you have come. Your doing great and will get there.
