Cut out the sodas totally again. Eating Healthy Choice meals, greek yogurt, weight watcher cheese sticks, humus and carrots.

Tennis season.. so I get my tennis exercise more during the week also.
199.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
