Winter is such a horrible time to diet! All the cold weather makes me crave those comfort foods. Even exercise won't hold off the pounds! I have started back with the food monitoring and increased workouts and we will see how it goes!
150.0 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
