Day 10 - Still hanging in the 280's...I am hoping to be out of them by Saturday...but whatever it takes I guess! I love that people are so positive, for the most part, on this site! Thanks for the encouraging words...you have no idea how many times they run through my mind each day! Blessings to you all!
284.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

There is no deadline on weightloss. Remember that! Slow and steady is the way to go. It is hard to remember that somestimes, but if you stick with it and remain consistent, it will come off. Have a great day! Thought is was good to hear and say again for you today. :D
