i suck at life and dont really feel like it's worth it
242.0 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I quit about a month back and was having the same problem. Then I started the Bone Broth Diet by Dr. Kellyann and it has changed my life. I was on healthy keto for 2 1/2 months. I lost 1 pound and yoyo'd between another 2. It was torture and it wasn't the 1st diet I tried either. I was just about to give up completely and said I'd give this one last shot. I lost 7 lbs the 1st week. See if your local library has it or you can buy it. and no, you don't just drink bone broth. you have 3 squares a day plus a cup or two of bone broth. try it you won't regret it.
