Ok, since it was too cold to take my 14-year old puppy out for her 15-minute walk, I decided to absorb the that time and apply it to my jog. So I got the 30-minutes I want, but clearly, I can only do this while the weather remains inclimate, as she really does enjoy her walks immensely. I'll just have to figure out something else down the road, as the weather improves.

I'm thinking when I get my next puppy, I'll integrate their activity in with my jog. That way, whether I do it indoors or out, I won't be faced with this current situation, with an "old dog who could care less about doing something new".
