I didn't make my goal of having less than 48g of added sugar per day, but I was close with an amount of 50.66/day avg. But I also have many natural sugars in my diet and I think setting my average max allowance of 48g/day is still too high. I need to reassess this number. 41.50 other sugars came from natural foods like fruit, brown rice, crackers, coconut water, etc. This causes an average of about 90g total sugars per day. No wonder why there's a calorie excess...
166.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
