Day 9 - Yesterday's elliptical trainer must have been enough to melt away most of those Super Bowl pounds. Thank Heavens! Today, I am going to be in a prayerful state...lifting up my weight problems and struggles to the Lord and asking His blessing upon my journey!
284.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
