Aiming for no more than 1000 calories consumed today and tomorrow. Need to be at 178 by Wednesday's weigh in... will have to seriously step it up a notch or two the next few weeks.
180.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
