Day 8 - Superbowl was not a friend to me! YIKES! My will power went out the window...and I'm having trouble finding it again! Working to get back on track today though!
287.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
