Woo Hoo, I have lost almost 10lb. I feel great and size 12 clothes fit "just right". Now its time to start dropping sizes and get into those size 10's. Baby steeps....I just keep saying "one day at a time, thats all and can control". I'm not thinking about meals past on day at a time. It has been tough, but I'm stronger then it and I will do this!
151.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
