I can't lie... I am shocked.. I was really expecting more weight loss in 2 weeks period. I didn't check my weight last week so I can see a more of a change but that backfired. I'm about to go buy another scale. I know it will not be easy. Just got to keep going. Looking back in the last 2 weeks, I now realize what I could of done better. More exercise!
