Weigh in at work for biggest loser was 13stone 13lbs!Lost a couple of pounds, i think i was slightly heavier than 196 when I started and it was all different times of the day.

195lbs....ideal weight is 10stone 140lbs.

45lbs to go!!!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
