No weight loss, but no weight gain this week either. It is TOM so I am very bloated. Considering the week I had, I am happy with just not a gain and having to log in a "18?" in my journal. I did my measurements and I have lost 1/2 inch in waist, 2 inches in hips. So its working. Forget to take thigh measurements when started. I have done so as of today and can start tracking those inches as well. I highly recommend doing your measurements because sometimes even though scales to not show loss, you are still losing. My clothes are definitely fitting looser. My jeans I had bought summer 2009 while not fitting perfectly are zipping again!!! I will be ready for summer at this rate and it feels good. I have so many cute capris I want to be able to wear again this year!!!!

This was a post on a friends FB...Trivia #2: The United States sees Super Bowl Sunday second in food consumption behind Thanksgiving. An estimated 14,500 tons of chips, 4,000 tons of popcorn, and 8 million pounds of guacamole is eaten on that day. You can imagine the heartburn and indigestion fans have the next day. Typical antacid sales increase 20 percent the day after the game.

179.8 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

LOL!!! I had a Lean Cuisine and then a serving of Goldfish Pretzels!! Oh yea ... 3 MGD 64 beers!! Wonderful about the lack of gain ... considering TOM and your trip I would say that is quite an accomplishment. Also, wonderful about your pants fitting better!! Stay with it!!
