Yesterday the doctor stressed how I really needed to lose weight and get healthy. She really wants me to give up caffeine and to work out at 80% of my max heart rate for 30 minutes to start and to work my way up to 45 minutes. It was the kick in the pants I needed to get going on weight loss and getting healthy. I think today I got off to a good start I worked out for an hour and ten minutes and I ate under the 1800 calories the doctor suggested. Hopefully I will be able to keep this up this time around.
