A little weight lost again. That always brings me in a good mood.

I am very happy today - my wife decided to join me here on Fatsecret. I wish her well on her journey, and I will be looking forward to helping her reach her goals - and she is already well on her way! :)

Yesterday was our usual relaxing sunday - did not do much other than watching movies and enjoying ourselves at home. Still, managed to shed off 300 grams.

It really amazes me sometimes how easy this can be.

Life is good.
274.3 lb Lost so far: 67.5 lb.    Still to go: 86.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I guess it's easier for men. I always have a hard time losing weight. It's so sweet that your wife joined you. I was thinking about getting my boyfriend to join. :)

Good news with your wife joining, Its so good to have that support. If it werent for my boyfriend i'm not sure i could keep going, we work out together and it just makes it so much easier. And he eats the same things i do, well maybe a little healthier I'm bad with fruits and veggies. Way to go on the weight loss, you are doing great!
