Lot's of things can cause our bodies water weight to shift hourly (our bodies contain 60% water give or take). It could be sodium, sore muscles from exercise, stress, hormones, lack of sleep etc. Just stick with it and it will go back down.

I did not know that lack of sleep could cause water gain. Sleep has been an issue.
