Day 7 - WOW... -6 lbs in 7 days...with little or no exercise due to this stinkin COLD! But I am feeling much better and this week is gonna be great! Super Bowl Fun might be a little bit of a challenge tonight, but I will fill up on water and an apple before the festivities begin!
284.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
