Still not much weight loss. I do feel healthier, I just wish I could lose some weight.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week

It may be a little slower than you'd like but you are still losing so congrats on that! Be proud of what you've accomplished, you're doing great!

Don't worry too much about the loss, feeling healthier is key! You are doing great, besides I hear that the slower you loose it the better off you are at keeping it off! Hang in there, you are doing wonderful!!!

Keep up the good work you are getting there. Have you took your measurements because sometimes you might not lose pounds but you do lose inches. If you haven't give it a try & see after a week how many inches you lost.
