I am back. Sadly been very complacent - as my sugar was under control and ended up gaining weight big time again. Breathing some new life into my eating regime.Yanked out old eating plans - found a partner and set small goals at a time. Still.working remotley3 so there really isnt any excuses about not having the facilities to prep food. Wish me well💪
317.0 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 96.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
