UGH!
220.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 60.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

you will be fine remember what you told me dont worry about that scale it is suppose to go up and down all week long!!! Don't worry be happy! Lots o water for me today. Haven't weighed in yet still have to use the bathroom lol
