Well I set a goal for the week and already failed. Ah well, today is a new day.
I woke up a little earlier today and got in a quick tai-chi workout through my Les Mills app. I really liked it (skipped the yoga part). It was super short but I really felt good afterwards. I have to mow tonight, but maybe Ill do a quick Combat too.
