I have been very strict with myself and actually watching labels again. It's surprising how many foods have wheat in it when you wouldn't think there is. I find my weight does drop like this when the "toxin" isn't in my system *shrugs*.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 61.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
